Air China Catering Center for 2008 Beijing Olympic – Hot gas defrost

To meet the high air traffic during 08 Beijing Olympic, the most famous air carrier in China decided to build the largest air catering facility in China to meet the requirement.

This facility can provide more than 50 thousands meals each day.

Cryotek designed the hot gas defrost system for this project and provided all racks plus air cooled condensers.
